Terms of Service

By commissioning Fluffy's Commission, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Legality & Compliance

By commissioning an artwork, Both the commissioner and the artist confirm that the request does not involve illegal content or violate any laws in their respective countries.

Work Process

• Please provide a clear, detailed digital reference (e.g., fursona ref sheet, commission concept).• Completion time depends on the current queue and complexity of the request.• We reserve the right to refuse any commission that violates our policies or personal principles.

What we are willing to draw.

  • Anthro

  • SFW (Safe For Work)

  • NSFW (Not Safe For Work)

What we are not willing to draw.

  • Human

  • Dificult & detailed mecha

  • Anything racist, sexist & culturally appropriative

  • Extreme Kink/Fetishes content such as zoophilia, scat, vomit, under age ,etc

What we will consider to draw (suggesting to ask it first).

  • Light to mild Kink/Fetishes

  • Mild to moderate blood scenes

Ordering & Payment

• Payment we are using are USD via PayPal.• Prices vary depending on complexity and special requests.• Payment is considered valid only when the transferred funds are successfully received in the Fluffy's account without any issues.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once we have started working on your piece.• If we’re unable to complete the commission for any reason on our end, a full refund will be provided.

Deadlines

• There will be NO deadline for our commission work, completion time varies based on complexity and current queue, but we will always keep you updated on progress.• Please be patient! we will always give every stage progress of the commission periodically.

Revisions

• We will provide updates at every key stage: sketch, lineart, coloring, and shading.• You can request revisions at each stage before moving to the next. Once a stage is approved, major changes to it will not be accepted.• Please be clear and specific with your feedback to keep things smooth.• Once the piece is fully completed and approved, minor edits (e.g., small color tweaks) may be allowed within 3 days of delivery. Major changes will not be accepted.

Work time (UTC+08:00)

• Normal day work time 09:00-11:00 & 13:00-19:00 (may be vary depends on situation).• Commission work day off in every Sunday.

Client Conduct

To keep the commission process smooth and respectful for both sides, please follow these simple expectations:• Be polite. We are here to create art for you, not to tolerate rude, demanding, or disrespectful behavior.• Respect boundaries. We reserve the right to refuse any commission or topic we’re uncomfortable with, even if it wasn’t listed under the “What we are not willing to draw” section.• Communicate clearly. Be as specific as possible when giving references, feedback, or revision notes. Vague messages can delay progress.• Guilt-tripping, manipulation, Passive-aggressive behavior, pressure to work faster, or emotional tactics won’t be tolerated.Failure to follow these may result in your commission being cancelled. If work has not started, a refund will be issued. If work has already begun, no refund will be given.

Rights & Usage

• Copyright of the artwork remains with Fluffy's Commission unless otherwise agreed.• Fluffy's Commission reserves the right to use the artwork for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the client requests privacy.• DO NOT use any of our work for commercial or profit purposes.

Credit / Tagging

• Please credit us when posting the commissioned artwork online (if applicable).• Do not remove or alter our signature/watermark.

🚫 AI Use Clause

• Our artwork may not be used for AI training, machine learning, or any related data scraping purposes.
